This page explains what personal data MicroRoute collects on this website, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

1. Who we are

The data controller for this website is Astron Tech B.V., registered in the Netherlands. For privacy questions or data requests: hello@microroute.app.

2. What we collect

If you submit your email address through the waitlist form, we store:

The email address you provided.
Your preferred language (EN or NL).
A SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used only for short-term abuse prevention — we never store the raw IP).
Timestamps for when you signed up, confirmed, and (if applicable) unsubscribed.
A random confirmation token, used to verify your email and to allow one-click unsubscribe.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to send you exactly one launch announcement when MicroRoute is released. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form and confirming your email address.

4. How long we keep it

Until launch, plus a maximum of 30 days afterward. After the launch email is sent we delete inactive subscribers. You can request deletion at any time using the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email or by emailing us.

5. Who we share it with

Nobody. The data lives on our hosting provider STRATO (servers in the EU). Confirmation emails are sent through STRATO's SMTP server. We do not sell, rent, or share your address.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email hello@microroute.app with your request — we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The database sits behind authentication and is not publicly accessible. We hash IP addresses rather than storing them directly. That said, no system is perfectly secure — keep this in mind when sharing any data online.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For substantive changes affecting confirmed subscribers, we'll email you.

Deze pagina legt uit welke persoonlijke gegevens MicroRoute op deze website verzamelt, waarom, en hoe je ze kunt laten verwijderen. We volgen de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR).

1. Wie zijn we

Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor deze website is Astron Tech B.V., gevestigd in Nederland. Voor privacyvragen of verzoeken: hello@microroute.app.

2. Wat verzamelen we

Als je je e-mailadres via het wachtlijst-formulier invult, slaan we het volgende op:

Het e-mailadres dat je opgaf.
Je voorkeurstaal (NL of EN).
Een SHA-256 hash van je IP-adres (alleen voor kortdurende misbruikpreventie — we slaan het ruwe IP nooit op).
Tijdstempels van inschrijving, bevestiging en (indien van toepassing) uitschrijving.
Een willekeurig bevestigingstoken, voor verificatie en voor één-klik uitschrijven.

We gebruiken geen tracking-cookies. Geen Google Analytics, geen Facebook Pixel, geen third-party analytics.

3. Waarom verzamelen we het

Uitsluitend om je precies één lanceringsmail te sturen wanneer MicroRoute live gaat. De wettelijke grondslag is jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming (AVG art. 6 lid 1 sub a), gegeven door het formulier in te vullen en je e-mailadres te bevestigen.

4. Hoe lang bewaren we het

Tot aan de lancering plus maximaal 30 dagen daarna. Na het versturen van de lanceermail verwijderen we inactieve inschrijvingen. Je kunt verwijdering op elk moment aanvragen via de uitschrijflink in de bevestigingsmail of door te mailen.

5. Met wie delen we het

Met niemand. De gegevens staan op onze hostingprovider STRATO (servers in de EU). Bevestigingsmails worden verzonden via STRATO's SMTP-server. We verkopen, verhuren of delen je adres niet.

6. Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG heb je het recht op inzage, correctie of verwijdering van je gegevens, en op bezwaar of beperking van de verwerking. Mail hello@microroute.app met je verzoek — we reageren binnen 30 dagen. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Beveiliging

De site wordt aangeboden via HTTPS. De database staat achter authenticatie en is niet publiek toegankelijk. We hashen IP-adressen in plaats van ze direct op te slaan. Geen enkel systeem is 100% veilig — houd daar rekening mee bij het delen van gegevens online.

8. Wijzigingen

Bij materiële wijzigingen werken we de datum bovenaan bij. Voor inhoudelijke wijzigingen die bevestigde inschrijvers raken, mailen we je.
